"Don’t come here if you are a solo traveler looking for a place that has social amenities. Gym wasn’t open and “full service spa” just means a sauna. Restaurants were also not too good and staff was a little passive when I wanted to dine alone. My room was not too clean and they do charge for shuttle service. I really tried to like this hotel but the pictures make it seem nicer than it actually is."

"Overall a nice stay if you need to spend a night close to Frankfurt airport. There are dining options close by, a Rewe supermarket where you can buy food, and the neighborhood is quiet. I was able to sleep well and the breakfast buffet is quite good. It would, however, be nice if the time for late check-out could be extended until 4 or 5 pm instead of only 2 pm. I had an 8 pm flight leaving from terminal 2 so it would have been nice if I could have been allowed to check-out at 4 instead of 2."

"It’s was amazing. The check in was very simple at the kiosk. I didn’t have to speak to no one. Check in and out. Now the shuttle took awhile to pick up so allow yourself extra time to get to airport. "
