"We booked the Hyatt to catch a Niner game but we came early and booked 3 nights to take the kids to the boardwalk and San Fran. When we arrived, Eric at check in set us up with a stadium view. The hotel itself is beautiful and in good shape, the pool area and restaurant/bar is really nice. The food at the restaurant was good and fairly priced. Our room was nice, a little tight with 4 of us but we knew that and it was great having a separate bedroom for us parents. The sofa pull out was big enough for both kids and one is 6ft tall. The bed was comfortable. The shower was decent. Parking was easy. The elevator was a little squirrly but fine. One elevator was down while there but it was never too crowded. Check out was easy and my bill was as expected, no hidden fees. We walked back from the game and it was not bad. The vibe in hotel is more upscale and relaxed. It was a great stay! We will be back. "
"Overall this property was clean, updated with comfortable bed. There were many entrances from the outside and what we did not like was there were rooms on the outside of the locking hotel doors which require a key card to get in. Which adds an additional layer of security. One of our rooms was at the top of the outdoor staircase before you had to scan to enter the hallway and other rooms. Few homeless camps outside along the street but we didn't have any negative interactions or feeling the parking lot was unsafe. It did get loud as soon as the flights started in the morning but otherwise it was a quiet convenient place. I liked the water bottle filling station as well as coffee and tea station near the lobby. "
"Shuttle to the BART transit was incredible, able to very easily go to the heart of San Fransico without the hassle of parking. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Nice area to take an evening walk. Stayed 4 nights and it was a great start to our vacation. Shuttle from airport came very quickly too, at their hotel within 30 minutes of landing. Cannot speak high enough of this hotel."
