"Room is clean being down stairs was horrible with people on top where so loud and stomping all night with loud music. It was my second time being there the 1st time was great. And the parking was expensive $18 a night I never had to pay for parking at a hotel. Staff was awesome like always. "

"The breakfast wasn’t great, the staff was mediocre, the maids can’t speak any English and never came to help us, we sat at the door arguing and not understanding asking them to please come back to clean and restock and they literally never came the 4 days we were there. Terrible, the pool is so small causes you to have terrible burning eyes from chlorine my kids felt sick and had headaches after swimming…. It felt pretty ghetto and just not somewhere we will ever stay again "

"For the price, this is a great deal for the area. It isn't high-end, but for that price, I would stay again. It is hidden behind a strip mall but that makes it feel more secure. Room was spotless with updated furnishings. Entire place was clean. They have coffee in room and in the lobby in the mornings. They have vending machines, but there are several decent restaurant and the best coffee shop I have ever been to just steps away. It is convenient to the 880 and a relatively short drive to locations in the south bay. Unfortunately, Bart is a mile away. I did not see a bus that comes by."
