"El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos facilitaron una báscula para pesar maletas .Tuvimos que usar un parking con convenio ya que el coche era más alto que el techo(cuidado), el encargado del parking estaba preocupado por si nos perdiamos. La habitación era conveniente, más grande que lo normal del país. Los baños estaban algo viejos, oxido alrededor de sanitarios. En la planta 3 había lavandería, al llegar olía bastante a tabaco."

"Even though it's an old style hotel, we had very comfortable room for our family and especially enjoyed the 2 onsen. I am told by local ladies that the spring water here is very beneficial for hair and skin. The breakfast was nice too."

"This is an older hotel, traditionally run. You will interact with human beings checking in, checking out, etc. Western breakfast is mini ( very mini) omelets, French fries, decent coffee and weak orange juice. You’ll have to pay to watch western content on TV. Our room was spacious by Japanese standard, but the bathroom was cramped."
