About this property

House in the mountains 20 minutes from the sea

  • The house is split over two levels. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with attached small toilet and sink. Upstairs, which is accessed via an internal staircase, we find a large bedroom with double bed, bathroom and outdoor space with breathtaking views over the whole country.
    The house, set in the rock at the foot of the Castle, is located within the historic center of Mistretta, a delightful municipality in the Nebrodi Park. As in all historical centers, car access is not allowed but it is only 5 minutes from the center of the country. The beach is 20 minutes away by car. House not suitable for disabled, elderly and children.
