Stay in the heart of downtown Missoula, Montana in a plush, remodeled studio located on the seventh floor of the iconic and historic Wilma Building. Forget the bland hotel rooms and come vacation in a charming space that is oozing with character. The studio includes a custom king sized Murphy bed. All lighting is ''smart lighting''. Enjoy the fine dining that is in walking distance of the condo, or eat-in the fully loaded kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless appliances that include a full size refrigerator, range, mini dishwasher, and island. There is a Keurig for your morning coffee or tea, plus all the other kitchen utensils you would need to whip up a gourmet meal. Amenities include a stacked washer/dryer and A/C. You will come back to enjoy the views of the Clark Fork River and Caras Park!

The “Wilma” building, built in 1921, is one of Western Montana's well known structures. The theatre attracts all sorts live, musical performances from around the country. Scotty’s Table, is a favorite restaurant located on the lowest level, known for its fine dining and cuisine. The building also has other commercial businesses that include Cedar Creek Day Spa, plus all the apartments on the upper floors that have been converted to condominiums. You are in walking distance to most everything, Kim Williams Trail, Caras Park, The University of Montana, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, and more.     Lovely stay

    We loved our stay here- close to everything in Missoula and close enough to walk to campus too! The condo had a nice view of the river. The bed was so comfortable (more so than any other hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in!) and the shower was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

    perfect overnight stay

    This neat condo in the middle of Missoula was perfect for the two of us for an overnight stay. Everything we needed was there including a parking spot. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable and there was plenty of room - very well designed!

    This was a perfect place to stay. We went to the Rocky Horror Picture show and which made the location perfect! We also took a day and just relaxed and did this and that all within minutes of where we were staying.

    Zootown fun

    We came into town for one night to go enjoy some live music. Being right in the middle of town made it so nice for being able to just park the car and walk from this place. Getting in and out was a breeze thanks to great great instructions given to me well in advance to arrival. The condo was super clean and super comfy. We will definitely be using it again in the future.

    Activities, shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Parking area seemed a little unprotected. Otherwise, a great stay. We would recommend this location to friends visiting Missoula.

    What a beautiful space, with gorgeous views of the Clark Fork River, and downtown Missoula! So much character and charm in this loft. The Murphy bed was super comfortable and such a space saver. Shower was wonderful. Loved the private parking spot under the bridge, and loved having a room above the Wilma after a concert! Thank you, Corey! Will definitely stay again!

    Cool Little Studio Unit in a Perfect Location

    Tastefully updated apartment in a historic building. Multi-step process to gain entry but communication from owner was excellent throughout and had no problems with check-in/out. The air conditioning unit seems not quite up to the task - at least it wasn't for my stay on a day it hit 90 degrees - so it was a little warm in there. Nevertheless, would gladly book again all things considered!

    Heart of Missoula

    This property was as described, and we felt safe at all times. Finishes in the property were top notch and the shower was fantastic! Rainfall and shower wand with great pressure and plenty of hot water. This property is in walking distance to everything in downtown Missoula. I highly recommend this property for two people.

    This is the third time we’ve stayed here. It’s a great place and very convenient for eating downtown and catching the shuttle out to the Kettlehouse for shows. We’ll be back. The VRBO site was having issues so Corey reached out to is my text to make sure we had all the information we needed.

    Amazing views

    This is the 2nd time we have booked this loft. It is so well finished, the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Such a view and easy walk to the river, university and nearby restaurants and bars. Rental also includes a parking spot which makes it easy to come and go. --We will be back.

    Higgins Street Condo

    This was a great condo. Right downtown Missoula with a view of the river, park and bridge. Close to trails, shopping and restaurants. Big enough, updated in historic building. We highly recommend. Pay attention to the access info. It is a bit complicated but doable once figured out. Very worth it!

    Historic get-away

    Architectural enthusiasts will love this experience. Intriguing to stay in Wilma! Felt like a step back in time entering the lobby and elevator. When I arrived on the 7th floor, I entered a beautifully renovated condo. Location was stellar and the view was inspiring. Communication with Corey was excellent.
