This 2-story, spacious yet cozy townhouse is the perfect place to gather and explore all Montana has to offer. This charming townhouse is tucked into the River Road neighborhood. Located on a no thru-traffic lane and less than a block away from a family park featuring a playground. This is the ideal spot for families, traveling professionals and Montana adventurers alike! Enjoy the private backyard and patio space or cozy up inside for a movie night. This home has something for everyone!
This home features smartlocks which allows for contactless check-in. However, we are happy to interact as much or as little as you'd like, and are always just a message or phone call away.
The River Road neighborhood is a peaceful, residential community that is a short drive from Reserve Street shopping as well as central to downtown and much of Missoula.
Just a 10 minute drive to downtown, The University of Montana, and even closer to plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you're looking to explore the outdoors, you'll find yourself just a 15 minute drive from several of Missoula's popular trailheads, river access, and just 13 miles straight to the parking lot of Snow Bowl Ski Resort.
There is a 2 car garage available for guest use.
Enjoy the thoughtfully appointed outdoor space with a cup of coffee on the covered front porch or a barbecue in the fenced in backyard and patio. On the main floor you'll be welcomed by an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Off the updated kitchen you'll also find a laundry room and backyard access. Head upstairs to find the master bedroom and en suite, plus 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the privacy the upstairs offers or head downstairs to any of the communal spaces to gather, cook dinner, or spend time outside with your crew.
Taxi, bus stops, and ubers abound! The local bus, The Mountain Line, is free to ride and you'll find several stops in this neighborhood. To enjoy the surrounding rural areas, we recommend renting a car or joining a tour.

This turnkey fly fishing experience offers 3 meals a day, snacks, soft drinks, ground transportation, accommodations, and guided trips.
If you are visiting the area for a fly fishing trip, take the guesswork out of the equation and let us plan the whole thing for you. Most optimal months are June, July and Late September.

Clean and easy stay. The property was great, and the location was perfect. The park was close and fun for kids, and everything we wanted to do in Missoula was an easy drive away.
Great accommodations for my wife and I plus her brother. Very clean and comfortable. Especially liked all of the perks and extras (lots of extra pots and pans, granola bars, spices, well stocked kitchen, air conditioning throughout, etc). I don’t drink alcohol but my wife and her brother really liked the beer. Nice big clean garage. Good location for where we wanted to go. Had a little difficulty with the combination door lock.
This home was very neat and clean. It was conveniently located to shopping. It was like walking into your own home. Anything you need in the kitchen it was there. Laundry was on site. The back yard was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very good with communication.
We were so impressed with this town home! Beyond clean, stocked with everything we needed and a perfect yard for the dogs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Very nice and relaxing place with plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed sitting on the patios with coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The neighbors were very friendly and the park close by was a great place exercise our dog.

Everything was pretty nice. The only issues were that the tub in the hall bath had a ring of scum around it, so, I had to clean the tub. I think part of the problem is that the tub drains very slowly so water sits there for a while. Also, the sink in that bathroom dripped, constantly and quite a bit for a drip.
Convenient, Cute, and Clean!! The unit is as advertised. Greg is a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any needs or questions. Would rebook in a heartbeat!
Greg was very easy to reach and responded promptly to all our questions. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. We extended our stay for two more nights. Quiet neighborhood with a park at the end of the street. Only minor complaint was the amount of pet hair in the living room.
