"Except for not having any water to drink when we arrived, this place is great value! Luckily it was not our first time in Loreto so we knew where to buy water close by. Host was easy to work with and prompt with communication.Just a side note, bring your own laundry pods, dishwasher detergent. Everything else was supplied. We would stay there again."

"Room was unclean. I step on sharp staples and hurt my foot. A hard plastic with sharp staples was loose from the bottom of bed and I was walking bare feet and stepped on the staples and cut my foot. I was bleeding a little. I applied my own self care. Also, I requested the patio to be cleaned and dusted but it was not done. Staff was unmotivated"

"The complex was amazing, however the unite was old and tired. We were not told ahead of time that the washing machine was broken, as well as the blender and I had to clean out the dishwasher which looked like it had never been cleaned in its life. We ran out of propane for the BBQ midway through our first meal. After informing the owner, they provided the name of the property manager, she was wonderful and looked after everything. However I think it is not unreasonable to expect fully functioning holiday home. Nopoló and Loreto Village is a wonderful spot to visit."

"We really enjoy the community, salt water pools and most of all, the beautiful beach. Unfortunately, we got a last minute notification that the home we booked was going to be unavailable due to an issue with the air conditioning. Our host moved us to a slightly larger home. Although, the “upgrade” was near the original home, unfortunately, there were a few issues with the place. There was no hot water in either bathrooms (cold showers), two of the TVs would not function and the kitchen sink was clogged due to a broken garbage disposal. We reported this to our host, but nothing was repaired during our 10 day stay. I do want to mention that our host was really nice and helped the best he could. "
