This is amazing hotel.Rooms was spacious ,clean.The mattress ,blankets were excellent quality and we had really good time there.The front desk staff was really helpful and courteous.They have a dormitory for car drivers which a nice point too.One thing we didn't like is the person who bought tea to room was trying to peak inside the room which made us comfortable,It happened twice.Maybe they need some hospitality training?

When I reached hotel yesterday Afternoon around 2 PM, I was told that there is no reservation for our 3 rooms. After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place where the building is very old, no lift. The rooms he gave us in a different property is not like a hotel. It is totally a lodge with 4 rooms in the terrace with an iron structure staircase. Fortunate there was a person over there to lift the baggage thru the stairs. I never book in this hotel again.
