Located in Mishawaka near the bypass and only a 15 minute drive to Notre Dame! Enjoy being close the city while staying in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of trees, and wildlife to observe. The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a large 70 inch smart TV. The back of the home features the three seasons room, hot tub, and a grill. PLEASE NOTE: The garage and interior space beyond the kitchen will be locked as it is not included in the rental of the property
