Great Home Base

We stayed here with family for Easter weekend and it worked great for us and our 2 dogs. Property was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, bed was comfy and all linens were spotless. Quiet neighborhood with a park to let the dog run just across the street. We’ll be using this one again.

This was our initiation stay. Our major discrepancy was the living room furniture and other missing items that would have made the stay memorable. There was no dining or seating arrangements made. The description with pictures did not indicate other items such as kitchen items. We brought our own pots and pans and such. The living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable. Along with this one of the beds was broken and had to be turned around for proper sleeping. The location was outstanding as it was close, private, and cozy. There is a large green area across the street that our dog loved. The home was easily warmed and cooled with updated controls. The appliances worked very well. Hot water was exactly that and plentiful. We appreciated the .washer/dryer situation as we were there for two weeks. For what was provided it was a nice stay and would stay and we would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Great spot!

Lovely spot to stay if you’re visiting ND. Only issues were VRBO didn’t send us checkin info, but the host was very quick to respond! It’s a little farther from campus than we’d hoped, and we weren’t able to walk there, but it is a very quick drive of +-5 mins!

the house smelt stale and musty for several days. dust was caked on to the fans and vents, which made us all slightly sick. the "third" bedroom was a pullout bed in the basement that was not disclosed in the listing.
