Great location in Government Camp, Ski in , pet friendly, wood stove, WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"Great location! Check in was easy, kitchen was well stocked. Living room furniture was different from the photos but still great! Loved the wood burning stove and that wood was provided!"
"The house was great for our stay with family and friends! Great kitchen and dining spaces, very comfortable LR and bedrooms. Everyone loved the big hot tub! The only suggestion would be to upgrade the wifi - some had to work a few days and it was slow. Thank you!"
Luxury Mountain Townhome Steps to Government Camp, Ski Bowl, Pool & Hot Tub
8/10 Good
"Location was great. The house was as advertised, the pool and hot tub situation was so welcome after a day in the snow. The beds were great too.Things we didn't love: the house was super perfumed by some kind of cleaning product or scent that was a bit too much. I really appreciate neutral environments. My spouse and I, and the friends we met up with here, are all pretty smell sensitive folks. And the lack of a tea kettle was super annoying. Yes, there was a pour pot, but really an electric kettle would be better at this point. Also I could not locate a wine bottle opener anywhere. Good thing there's always one in my glove compartment."
"We had a fantastic stay at this Mt. Hood VRBO last week. The room was clean, warm, and spacious. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the kitchen was stocked well enough that making dinner and breakfast was easy.Being on the top floor meant a fun view — though the 50 stairs definitely gave us a daily workout . There was a bit of road noise from ski buses making their rounds, but it wasn’t disruptive. The geothermal heated pool was a major highlight. It felt like a perfectly lukewarm hot tub — warm enough that we swam for over an hour while it was snowing, which was such a memorable experience. The game room was another standout. We brought wood and marshmallows and enjoyed a cozy evening playing pool, warming up by the fire, and roasting s’mores after our swim. We even had the whole room to ourselves, which made it extra relaxing. The on-site laundry room was also a big plus — it was great to be able to dry our wet clothes. The location was excellent — very close to the ski resorts, which made getting on the mountain super convenient. It was definitely a bit pricey (400/night), but that’s to be expected during peak ski season. Overall, a wonderful stay."
