"Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Great location, beautiful views and nature around. The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. We have a few remarks: we think it's better to raise the price slightly than to charge extra for the entrance to the wellness. "Arrived late and struggled to get in as they had given us the wrong code and wrong room. After phoning them they also gave another wrong code and room. Finally got in after 3 attempts! Other than that, the hotel was lovely modern and fresh, good value as well. Would recommend. "

"Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "

"Our room was spotless and cleaned every day and fresh towels were put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the town centre, the bus depot, train station and shopping. We felt very safe and secure which was important for us as seniors.
