So the room was perfect and the views were unmatched! The weakness of the facility is their need to nickel and dime their guests at every corner with non-included things all over the island despite me being all inclusive. The next weakness was the staff apart from one fantastic bartender Rasel which I loved, many of the hospitality staff weren’t very friendly on top of the buffet area the tables were not kept clean and was often hard to find a place to sit. As far as the dining establishments go I felt the food was subpar for a place of its quality with many things not appearing on the menu that were advertised. Finally I was unable to make a single snorkel trip with them always being cancelled due to possible storms even on the best days.

This was my second visit to the island and hopefully won’t be my last hope to visit it again soon they really looked after us from housekeeping staffs to the GM Christian Szabo special mention goes to Shaameen from housekeeping karimullah, jalleh from capers Yazeed Ziggy Laimu Russel from Faru Chef Idris shuma from Batuta and Shuja and Tiari from Jade Naimul from pizzeria all of these people looked after us like were guest in their own house Hope to see you alll soon Thank you for looking after us

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming — I truly felt like part of the resort family. What impressed me most is their commitment: if anything isn’t up to your expectations, just mention it and they’ll fix it immediately and go above and beyond to make it even better.
