"We booked a bright room with windows based on advertised photos but were placed in Unit 4A—a dark, ground-floor corner room with zero natural ventilation. While every adjacent unit had proper windows and active exhaust fans, our room lacked basic livability and safety standards. Management needs ..."

Nice house, great hosts
"While we were a little surprised at the ruggedness of the trail to the beach, everything else was wonderful. John was friendly, responsive to our requests, a very gracious host. Lots of little amenities to make our stay easy."
