"We enjoyed our stay here -- it's a nice house with a great view, and we appreciated being able to use it as a base for exploring this part of the country. We had no concerns at all -- everything about the property was exactly as described. The remoteness is part of the appeal -- though it does mean that it's not easy to pop out to a shop for something you might have missed/forgotten. With good planning, it's a really appealing place."

"The room appeared clean, however there was a smell of damp in the bathroom which spread into the other rooms. The furniture was quite tatty and really didn't fit the apartment. It just looked quite unloved and like it needed a redecoration. "We had a long drive and we were met by both Bernard and Martine, they were very welcoming. Their place is lovely right on the river and what a view! We loved the balcony and sat watching the local fisherman fishing for salmon. Their place has been carefully decorated and we had everything we needed.
