"The members card for the casino seemed like a joke. We were told after we gambled that the points don't travel with us to other Hard Rock casinos. Huh? Why wouldn't they unless it's just a ripoff. We'll never go here again, would much rather spend our money at a casino where the points go with you."

"They were pet friendly, the staff was nice, but I requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room with cigarette burns all over the blankets. I didn’t have time to get a new motel somewhere since it was late so I ended up getting my own blanket to cover the beds. They are directly in front of the beach which is nice, but the outside area of the motel itself was dirty, there was trash on the ground in the parking lot, and the patch of grass where I walked my dogs had broken glass, which I didn’t notice that night but the next morning took my dogs somewhere else to walk. I didn’t even have a microwave in my room despite being told I would have one, so I had to eat out more than I wanted to since I couldn’t warm up the food I brought with me. It was quiet over all, the staff was friendly, the dogs were comfortable, and the beach was right next to them, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again."

"The breakfast if you can call it that, waffle, cereal or toast was not fresh. No condiments like jelly had to ask for syrup. I left 2 days early I lost my money because I could not stand it another day. The room was very damp feeling and I could not get it to be not so damp. I would never stay there again and I am one who has stayed at some pretty shady places. The worse experience I have ever had."

"Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, walkable to the beach and multiple gift shops and great restaurants! "

"House was perfect. Clean and comfortable. You do have to cross a busy street to get to the beach but there is a nearby crosswalk to get there safely."
