"La experiencia ha sido terrible, me confirmaron mi reserva y me hicieron el cobro y antes de llegar me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reserva, que el hotel estaba totalmente lleno, fue una cosa terrible porque luego de un mes no me han devuelto mi dinero, No recomiendo este lugar para nada."

"Carlos was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He gave us tips based on traveling to Paquera, and shared some local recommendations for restaurants and activities. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. The dome has a neat design and is easy to locate and we really were immersed in nature."
