"The home itself was beautiful and just steps from the beach—truly a stunning location. It was also well-stocked with essential toiletries and extra blankets, which we really appreciated.However, we did run into a couple of concerns. The main issue was the location. It was not where the listing indicated (near Walmart), and instead of being about 5 minutes from the Malecón, it was closer to 30 minutes away. This placed us much farther from downtown Puerto Peñasco than expected, making it difficult to spend time with our family and friends during Easter as we had planned.Because of the distance and the misleading location details on Vrbo, we likely would not book this property again. Had we known how far it actually was, we would have chosen a different home for this trip.Also, Kim was upset that we had family over on Easter. It would have been nice of her to be understanding since the distance made it difficult for us to go back and forth each day to the center of Puerto Peñasco. "

"It was a lovely property on a lovely beach. Ample room for our party of four plus a golden Retriever. So wonderful to find this dog-friendly place. Also included were privileges at the Mayan and we were able to use the pool there, also. Everything was wonderful and we appreciate the help provided by Alma and Carmen!"

"House was very clean. Towels in upstairs front bathroom old worn and unmatched. Other bathrooms ok. Not enough kitched towels. No extra paper towels. Had to go to office for a roll...should always be an extra 5 gal bottle of water in the house. Also should not need to go to office to get one. Good kitchen appliances. Screen doors...both came off rails and had to be put back on. The downstairs one gets a lot of use. Beach wonderful. "

"It really is the perfect spot ! You find yourself wondering where the heck you tented as you drive up but the house far surpassed our expectations!! Great for 4 couples as you all have your own bathroom. Great spaces to enjoy - the front deck is great as well as the rooftop ! We used our wristbands for the outdoor pools at grand Mayan many times , golfed , bought passes for pickleball as well. Our group was the only ones playing . For 8 ppl we brought an extra coffee maker which helped ! Not many serving dishes for large group. Carmen was fantastic to deal with for anything we needed !! Thank you so much for a great holiday !!! "

"Loved this house. The management company was warm and helpful with using the nearby resort and arranging for a chef to come in and cook for us. The house was immaculately clean and outfitted with everything you could ask for. It's out about 30 minutes from town, but if you want a quiet beach and a comfortable stay, this is the place to go."
