This beautiful gulf-front condo offers breathtaking views, heated beachfront pool, and that classic low-rise Florida resort feel everyone loves. Fully remodeled from top to bottom in 2023, Windancer 403 is ready for your next vacation getaway — so book early while it’s still available!

Located along the quiet east end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Windancer is one of the area’s best-kept secrets. Most people drive right past without realizing it’s there, until they stay once, and then it becomes their go-to spot. The location couldn’t be better: you’re just over a minute from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (with more than 120 designer stores and 10 restaurants), and close to all the local surf shops and beachside dining up and down Scenic Gulf Drive.

The community offers a heated gulf-front pool (seasonally heated Oct–Mar), charcoal BBQ grills, and complimentary beach service (two chairs and one umbrella set up daily, free of charge) available seasonally from March 1 – November 30. No hauling chairs to the beach, just walk out and relax!

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout with modern coastal décor, new furnishings and flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. The living room opens to a private balcony with direct, unobstructed gulf views — perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Master Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Second Level): King bed with Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo).
Bedroom 3 (Second Level): Queen bed + Twin bed, shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo).

The condo also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view of the Gulf was absolutely stunning. We loved starting and ending each day with that view! The condo floor plan was great with the loft and room behind it for the kids to stay. The management company was on the ball with everything. They were friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The only problem was that we didn’t get to stay here longer since we only had a couple of days. We are already looking for when we can come back and enjoy this condo again- not to mention the beach was so private and the free chairs and umbrellas were a huge hit for us!
