Private and Quiet

We loved this little house. Not only was it private and quiet but it was within walking distance of the beach. Everything was as advertised and we were pleased with it all. After reading some of the other reviews, one of the first things I did was check the sheets and they were clean and comfy! This was much better than staying in a high-rise with tons of people.

Great facilities

Place was very clean and washer and dryer a must! Only complaint was one twin bed my daughter couldn’t sleep on because very uncomfortable, needs upgrade. Also, grill was pictured and there isn’t one so we had to buy a small one. Could have used a couple more kitchen items, steak knives and baking sheet. Really was great and would definately come again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place served the purpose of being somewhere good to sleep. It’s outdated but we don’t mind things like that. I do wish it was a little more home feeling like having a throw blanket to use or updated appliances would go a long way. All things aside it was good and I really can’t complain about it. We had a great trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location was listed as 7-10 minute walk to the musical venue, I would say it was more of a 12-15 minute walk. Not concerned about that as much as the lack of clean sheets on all 3 beds! They were covered in sand and hair and the bathtub was not scrubbed out. The private patio area would have been a nice place to hang out, but the weeds were quite tall and scratchy. We actually made arrangements to stay at a different location.
