Spacious 5th floor corner unit with balcony overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay! Offering privacy, bay views from every window, and picture perfect sunsets. This luxury condo meets your vacation needs for a group as large as eight. Just outside the ground floor, a lush landscape leads you to the zero entry lagoon pool with two hot tubs and a children’s pool. Walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself in the charming village of Baytowne Wharf, where you can relax with fine or casual dining, shopping, children's activities, or just strolling through the village. If you are feeling energetic you can walk/jog to the beach in about 30 minutes. Play golf and tennis, bicycle, fish, canoe or kayak all day, without leaving the village. Enjoy nightlife and leisurely stroll back to your condo at day’s end. This beautiful corner unit is located within the newest building in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
* Where is the Elation building located ?
Elation is in Baytowne Wharf between the Grand Sandestin and Bahia buildings. The condo overlooks the Choctawatche Bay. Elation is the newest building in the circle around the lagoon pool.

* How far is the beach ?
The Sandestin Beach is about two miles on a walking biking path at the south end of the resort. You can also drive and park or take the free shuttle. The Sunshine Shuttle stops next door at the Grand Sandestin. Someone in your group will need to carry a shuttle ID card you will find on the kitchen counter.

** Where do I park ?
Elation has an underground parking garage with access to the elevator. The garage is only accessible to owners and their guests. You will receive a QR code to open the gate to use unlimited times during your stay. Additional cars can be parked at the Inspiration lot behind the condo. Directions and a map will be provided with your welcome package.
The new system was initiated in January 2023 to ensure parking spaces for owners and their guests.

* Where is the fitness center?
The fitness center is next door at the Grand Sandestin.

* Are the pools heated ?
The small round pool at Elation and the Phil Hummel pool on Baytowne Wharf Ave are usually heated during winter and early spring.

* Do you have a golf cart ?
I'm sorry but we do not own or rent a golf cart. Rentals may be available on line.

* Do you have any discounts ?
Yes, the 7th night is 10 % off

*Do you accept pets ?
I'm sorry but we cannot accept pets because our HOA does not allow it .

* Can I make 3 payments instead of 2 ?
Its not possible because , the VRBO platform is set up for two payments - 25% at booking and 75% 30 days prior to check in.

* Can I change my dates ?
Yes, you can add dates anytime if the dates are available. The fee will be the nightly rental rate.

* Is there a refund if there is a hurricane.
Yes, if Walton County orders a mandatory evacuation.

Great location and view. Rooms were clean and well organized. Pool was wonderful and just steps entertainment, tennis club and marina. Shuttle service to beach and area stops very helpful. There were days we didn’t leave the resort. Lots of families and guests friendly as well as workers.

Beautiful views

My sister and I stayed at this property over the New Year holiday. The views from the unit are absolutely beautiful. The location in Sandestin was great as it was an easy walk to Baytowne Village for shopping and restaurants. Other shopping and eateries are just short drive away. It was a quiet, relaxing few days.

Summer Kickoff!

We wanted to come stay with our kids and my hubby’s mom and stayed at Sandestin previously and loved it. We love having a balcony for coffee in the am and cocktails in the evening. Plenty of space for us all and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy trip to the beach and pool and we loved being near Baytowne Wharf for all the action if we wanted that. Lots of beautiful paths for walks and biking. I would most definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo, beautiful view!

The condo was exactly as described. Bright and spacious with a beautiful view of the bay. We saw an eagle each morning from our balcony. It is located in a great spot in Baytowne, close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the center of Baytowne so it was not noisy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and baths. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful condo with the best view!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. It is great for a family with teen or kids as it has a separate suite attached with a mini kitchen and a bathroom. The living room opens up to a ivery large balcony and has lots of room for entertaining. There are a ton of windows with the best views of the bay. You will not be disappointed. It's close to the elevator, pool, grilling area and The Village.

Wonderful condo!

The property was very clean and well stocked. The large balcony has a beautiful view of the bay. Getting into the property was a breeze! The owner communicated every thing we needed to know well before our arrival date. We have stayed at Baytown before so we were familiar with the property but my husband and I agreed that we enjoyed this condo with its connecting unit much more than we had others.

Beautiful, quiet, very spacious, corner condo

This place was perfect! Beautiful area and close to the pool and wharf. But not too close! Condo was quiet and grounds around it are perfect. Beautiful views from balconies and windows. Sunset is amazing from balcony! It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Pictures were great online but the condo is much more spacious than what they show. A nice surprise for us! Communication with property owners/management was flawless. Thanks for having us!

Exactly as expected, no surprises!

Thank you to the Sanders for a great weekend in their condo! We were in town for a Friday weekend and it was a great location with easy access to parking deck, elevator and all the eating amenities you can find in Baytown. We would easily walk the breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. The condo was clean, well decorated and a great porch overlooking the bay. Simple and just what we wanted and expected. Thank you for a great and easy trip- would certainly stay again!

The condo is simply perfect. It is clean and organized and the view is fabulous. Judith gives you all the information you need and all you have to do is follow her simple instructions. Absolutely no hassle getting to condo and getting in. Within a few minutes we were talking about when we could come back, it is that nice. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels and dishes, etc. The property manager communicated very well. We enjoyed the peaceful view of the bay from the deck and saw beautiful sunsets every evening. We also got to see some wild life, such as birds, raccoons, turtles, etc. The location of the pool was convenient and it was not crowded except for one day. The one inconvenience was the lack of availability of rental beach chairs with umbrella at the Sandestin beach resort. Recommend reserving/renting them at least 4 or 5 days ahead online. We had to use another beach rental company one day that was located at a public beach access on Miramar beach and there was very little parking spaces available. So, we had to park 2 blocks away, which was hard for my husband who has a bad knee.

Great Location

Beautiful views with plenty of room. Loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings. Spent more time out than in but very convenient to the Wharf! We got lucky and was able to check in several hours early.
