Spacious 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath beach condo sleeps 12

This is a spacious 4 bedroom & 3 bath beach condo which is located on the third floor of Leeward Key. Rarely do you see a 4 bedroom condo this size in this location. This unit sleeps 12 with 2 king beds, queen bed, three full beds, and a sleeper sofa. During seasonal operation ( March 15th-October 31st), two complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella are included. My family’s favorite spot anywhere! It will be the perfect beach location for your family too! New pics coming soon of the complete remodel January 1st 2024!

The space
Room for the entire family (or two) in this 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath beach condo. Sleeping arrangements include two master bedrooms with king beds; 3rd bedroom with a queen bed; 4th bedroom with a full bed & full bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen and dining room are open to the spacious living room where there is ample seating for your family to gather.

This is the perfect setting for a family vacation or quick getaway for a long weekend. Wake up early and start your day by sipping coffee on your balcony overlooking palm trees and ocean. Then get out and walk, bike, or run on the extra wide sidewalks of Scenic Gulf Drive. Take a stroll on the sandy white beaches with sparkling emerald waters. The kids can build sandcastles while you relax under the umbrella and two beach chairs that are included with your unit (March 15 - October 31st). When evening lazily rolls around, cook a meal for the family in the well stocked kitchen or take a walk next door to Kenny D's for the best Cajun food. Just across the street is legendary Captain Dave's for seafood and gulf front dining. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are just a golf cart drive away. Great family condo

We had 6 adults and 3 kids at the condo and it worked out great! Enough room, but easy for us all to be together.

Easy Breezy Stay

Stayed here for Spring Break with my kids and grandkids. I picked it because I'm very picky had a long list of preferences plus the host DIDN'T charge ridiculous fees. We wanted a safe, clean, comfortable, low maintenance place on the beach with a heated pool. It's not on the beach but it checked all other boxes well! We enjoyed our trip!! A lot to like: * Pre-cleaning routine didn't require much. Had no signs/issues with pests - even had just been treated * Not cluttered with expensive decor so easy to relax with young children * Well stocked kitchen - loved the Keurig & large fridge (didn't cook here but leftovers and snacks stayed cold) * Beach is across the street - convenient beach service - the umbrella and 2 chairs were nice * Location is good; felt safe & walking distance or a quick drive to places we visited * EXCELLENT communication with host - VERY responsive start to end & genuinely interested in helping us enjoy our visit * Updated and modern throughout * Large comfortable beds with clean linens * Washer/dryer Maybe just me: * Furniture sized for small group - had to sit in dining & living area to be together (not a major inconvenience tho) * ONLY one hand towel PER bathroom - not reasonable * Limited towels. Be prepared to wash/dry often to keep fresh supply for large groups. * At premium peak rates, fair to expect all towels in better condition * Would've liked more space to sit our things on in the bedrooms (prefer to keep luggage/bags off the floors).

Vance Family Vacation 2023

Property was generally as advertised. The place needs a good pest fumigation, there are multiple roaches in the kitchen area. Jacuzzi in main master BR doesn’t work. Microwave door is very loose on hinges as is the door to the cabinet above it. The ice maker was a pleasant plus and we really liked the keyless entry. The private pools and beach area get eight thumbs up.
