Enjoy the panoramic lake views from this second floor condo in the quiet and serene neighborhood in Sandestin Resort. The spacious balcony provides a peaceful location to relax and enjoy the views over the lake. Plentiful windows and sliding glass doors allow the sunshine to flood in! Split floor plan provides each bedroom privacy. Close to all the amenities Sandestin has to offer, but still tucked away for a serene retreat.

The living room provides ample space to relax and unwind as well as a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has seating for six..

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a large flat screen TV and French doors leading to the balcony. The master bathroom has granite counter tops and a large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has granite counter tops and a tub/shower combo.

This property is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests still benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?

Everything as exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens and super clean. The location was quiet and convenient with a nice view of the lake from the balcony.

The condo was great!

The condo was great, clean and very nice. Would have been nice to have a golf cart. But we managed by driving our vehicle over to the beach access… it was easier than taking the tram, just got a lot of sand in our vehicle. Other than that it was great and quiet community!

It looks like this condo has been remodeled/updated recently. Everything was clean and tidy. The only issue we had was our stove top didn’t work. We like to cook breakfast and ended up having to cook everything in the oven SMH. We let the front desk know and they sent someone out the same day to look at it but couldn’t fix the issue. Evidently it’s a part that has to be ordered or something. Other than that everything was good. Also fishing is allowed in the pond which is good for Bass fishing. I caught several Bass during my stay.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed this condo very much great location, it was clean and nicely decorated. It definitely needs more cooking utensils and additional cook wear in the kitchen. We were disappointed to find that we couldn’t bring our personal golf cart even though no were on the website does it say no on the golf cart but no to several other vehicle types.

Beautiful condo on the lake!! Super clean! Minimal necessities if You want to cook while there. Did not realize it would be such a drive to get from condo to anyplace. Its in the very back of a crowded gated community with multiple communities. Golf carts are the main way of traveling around the area but there was not one avaliable and you can not rent one according to rules of staying within the community. "Private beach" was so crowded and chairs took up most of the area. You have to reserve before they run out and its extra (quite a bit). Overall it was a vacation and nice to get away just wish I had known all the hassel that goes into going from point A to point B. App they insist you download at check in is useless and provides no information or help.

Beautiful location but horrible service

Prior to our departure we inquired of the host about the safety as a tropical storm was headed. We never received a response and when we called the front desk of the resort the woman that we inquired of responded in a less than friendly manner to our concern about the storm.As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a master bedroom filled with bugs. The balcony screen was broken and fallen down. It took 4 hours to get maintenance to come and spray some “herbal repellent” but we ultimately had to sweep the ceiling. The master bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were the size of pillow throws. The location was great and the condo was decorated nicely however we have had much better experiences at other accommodations to say the least.

Great apartment minor hiccups

The apartment was just as described online. Check-in was terrible. I informed the man in the gate shack I needed to check-in & he checked the computer then gave me a paper with my name & apt. Address on it. I thought this ment he checked me in. Got to the apt. No code on the paper to get into the key pad so I called front desk. The operator rudely told me I had to come back & check-in. Check-in was great. Once their everything was explained and keys & codes were given. The apartment had a towel on the nightstand laying in the 2nd bedroom. The tub calk in the 2nd bathroom tub was peeling & loose. The master bedroom water pressure is non existent and the patio door would not lock in the master bedroom. We got locked out of the apartment for some reason the code wouldn't work on the second day. We had to get assistance which caused us to loose daylight for our beach trip. Overall apartment was nice could use a few improvements. Be prepared to waste about 10mins just driving the property to get to or from this apartment.
