Enjoy a stunning view of the 16th Island Tee of the Links golf course from one of our four beautiful Adirondack chairs. Whether you’re sipping your favorite drink, soaking up the sunshine, or stargazing at night, this is the perfect spot.

Our rental includes a 4-seater golf cart to take you anywhere on the property.

This incredible condo features an updated, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Relax in the cozy living room with a large 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV and a dining area that comfortably seats six.

The Master bedroom with a king-size bed is a spacious retreat with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. The guest bedroom offers comfortable queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. There is also a pull-out couch with a Queen mattress so the condo sleeps 8 comfortably.

You’ll have quick access to four championship-level golf courses, a beach with snow-white sand and crystal-clear water, a top-tier tennis facility, pickleball, watersports, community pools, and fantastic dining options.

Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Marina, and The Village of Baytowne Wharf are just minutes away, offering impressive experiences both day and night. Enjoy this amazing getaway with your family or a romantic escape with your loved one.

Our condo is located in the beautiful, gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, near the Linkside Conference Center and Fitness Center.

Please note: This is a family-oriented resort. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. No smoking and no pets allowed. Violators will be charged a fine of $600.

Family trip

This property did not disappoint! It was beautiful and the perfect spot to get away from the grind of our busy lives. It was close to everything and the golf cart was a great way to get around to the beach, shops and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back!

Convenient Location and quiet

We enjoyed our vacation here and glad we chose a place off the beach a little where it was quiet and no nonsense while trying to sleep. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach in a few minutes although the front headlight was out which meant we had to leave before dusk. Everything you need, Publix etc all close by.

We love this condo. 2nd time renter.

We love this condo as this is was our 2nd time staying there. The host Paul is always easy to work with and communicates great. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The location is great and having use of the golf cart is fantastic. Fish right out the door in one of the ponds, watch the golfers, great to walk/run, easy ride on the golf cart to the beach or Baytownwarf. Location to the Destin area is great. Would highly recommend.

Much Needed Getaway

We decided last minute to come down to Miramar Beach Florida to get away from my 34th birthday and to bring my newborn daughter to the beach for her first time. We were able to find Paul’s condo and jumped on the deal since it included a golf cart and one of our favorite places to visit. The property was lovely tucked away and a great location clean private and Paul is very prompt to respond to any questions we had give this a 10 out of 10 and will definitely back

Spring Break Getaway

Our trip here was nice. Check in was easy. Communication was great with Owner. It was clean and the location was good. A lot of steps to get into condo. When we arrived there was a sign on both patio door walls that stated “only 2 people allowed at a time”, which was super inconvenient considering what we paid for the week and we have a family of 5. We like to visit Florida to sit on the patio with family and enjoy the view and this wasn’t possible. If we knew this we wouldn’t have stayed at this location. The golf cart is beyond dated….Most of the time we didn’t even think we were going to make it to our destination within the resort. Back of golf cart is rusted beyond belief leaving a lot of concern for young kids to get cut getting in and out. Tires on golf cart are bald. Having a good golf cart here is important because it’s easy to use to get around the resort. Overall this was a nice place to stay, as long as they lift the 2 person restriction on patios and purchase a newer golf cart I would recommend this place!

We were thrilled with this unit. The kitchen is all updated and beautiful, all was clean and the location and golf cart were perfect for us. Fridge has filtered water. :) We could take the 4 seater golf cart to Baytowne Wharf, Publix grocery store (I think the neighboring area was called Harbortown?), and through the cart path tunnel under 98 to the public beach. It gave us a lot of choices and options to do together and separately, including golf. Miramar Beach has actvities you can walk-up and rent, incl jet skis, parasailing, banana boats, etc. Hot dog vendor is best deal on the beach @ $6 for hot dog and $5 for some adult beverages, but they only take credit cards..no cash. Free water offered, but take your own cups. Larger new pool has a tiki bar, and looks out over the bay. Baytowne Wharf has many restaurants and activities for young kids. Publix sells EVERYTHING you could want or need, including prepared sandwiches and salads (restaurants are pricey), portable coolers, and beach toys. Wonderful Location and Property

This is an excellent property, and the community is breathtaking. The perfect place to stay to be in Destin, but also have your own slice of slower paced, relaxed living. The view is amazing and it was overall a 10/10 stay for us. Owner was very communicative and helpful, and we highly recommend.
