Hidden Dunes Condominium 0404 is Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Wake up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf in Hidden Dunes 0404, a beautifully positioned 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with stunning beach views from nearly every angle. Located in the Gulf-front building, this inviting fourth-floor condo offers front-row access to sugar-white sand and emerald waters.

Enjoy Gulf views from the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as from the spacious primary bedroom, which opens directly onto a large Beach-front balcony—perfect for morning coffee, relaxing with a book, or catching a sunset. The guest bathroom includes a tub, ideal for families with young children, while the primary bathroom features a walk-in shower for added comfort. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience.

Guests of HD0404 enjoy access to all three community pools, including the Gulf-front pool exclusive to condo guests, plus additional resort amenities throughout Hidden Dunes.

Cozy, coastal, and thoughtfully equipped—this condo offers an effortless beach experience with Gulf views throughout.

The Hidden Dunes Community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Great location and beautiful beach

Hidden Dunes is a great property right on the beach. Our condo could have used a bit of TLC. We felt the kitchen lacked adequate utensils and flatware. We were constantly running the dishwasher. The condo could use a paint job, walls were scuffed. And most importantly the beds were not comfortable. I slept about 3 hours per night :( We would definitely stay at Hidden Dunes again, but would choose a different condo.

We loved our stay at hidden dunes 404.. beautiful views, our family enjoyed having breakfast every morning at the balcony.. the apartment was very clean when we arrived, plenty of white towels to use during our stay, The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The ice machine was awesome because we didn’t have to buy ice everyday, we really loved that lol. We did have a little problem with the air conditioning on our last day, I called them and they came right away and fixed for us in a couple of minutes. Parking was a bit hard, specially if you have a truck. Other than that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family and would love to come back soon!

Spectacular view and location

Our family had a wonderful time here! Space was perfect with plenty of room. I could have spent all day on the very private, spacious balcony as the view was perfection!! Privacy was wonderful because you couldn’t see another person unless you went to the railing and looked around the building wall for other balconies. Very well designed. Pool and beach were so convenient and chair service was awesome. Everything was in perfect working order and plenty of towels, including for the kitchen. It was great not needing a room key too. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept great. The manatee on the outdoor table was my favorite thing and I named him Charlie. The only areas for improvement would be quieter appliances and including 3 garbage bags for the kitchen and one extra dishwasher packet as we couldn’t start the dishwasher upon leaving because we didn’t have any more packets. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us vacation in your property!

The condo is out dated...needs more electrical outlets instead of drop cords ran everywhere! Master bath appeared dirty because it was so out of date!! The exhaust fan didn't work!! We didn't feel like we was staying in an upscale resort we've seen showers in campgrounds more useful!! Will not stay here again if that's the best it can offer!!
