NEWLY RENOVATED, AMAZING VIEWS AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED!!!

Come visit Florida's best kept secret! Destin, Florida! Our beautiful Emerald Coast has a vast array of recreation choices for a family seeking an affordable vacation. More flights are available to this area due to newly opened airports, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City Beach and Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS).

Once you arrive at our 'paradise away from home', you will be overwhelmed by the unobstructed ocean view. You also have a view of the gulf side pool where you are provided a beach shower, restrooms and BBQ grills.

Maravilla 2408 is on the top floor near the elevator of Building #2 which faces the Gulf of Mexico overlooking the sugar white beaches. During the high season (March to October), four beach chairs along with two umbrellas are setup each morning waiting on your arrival. Please check in with the attendant.

The master bedroom opens onto the balcony providing a beautiful view from the king size bed. The guest room has a queen size bed. For more guests to enjoy the view, the sofa converts to a queen size bed. While in bed or in the living area, you can enjoy watching your favorite television programs on the new flat screen televisions in both bedrooms.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a full size high efficiency washing machine and dryer with storage cabinets. You can stay in touch with your friends and family with free Wi Fi. You will have everything you need for your stay.

Maravilla Resort Condominiums, 2606 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, Florida, is the most popular family oriented complex in Destin. We have 2.5 acres of private beach, the largest private beach on Miramar. We are a 33 acre, gated resort with extensive interior parking, portico for loading and unloading, and the clubhouse that is available to be rented for family gatherings or weddings.

You may find yourself tired after a day of enjoying all that Maravilla has to offer. You can sit on the bar height chairs and table on the balcony to relax and enjoy the view.

Our unit is non-smoking. It is immaculately cleaned and inspected after each departure.

*Please note Maravilla's HOA does not allow: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, rental golf carts, buses, 2-3 wheel scooters, mopeds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards.

Awesome Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at Maravilla Condos. We always try to stay in Building #2 as to get the great views of the beautiful beach from our balcony. Kim was a wonderful host and made sure all our needs were met. Definitely will be back next year.

Best View of Maravilla

This unit was the best unit my family has stayed at. This was our 7th year at various Maravilla units in the past and this is hands down the best unit! The beach and pool view was stunning! The unit was immaculate and had more than normal amenities! The beds were so comfortable, slept better at the unit tha home! Awesome stay ! We will definitely come back! It was sheer paradise!

Fabulous Condo

We loved this this unit. So clean, convenient location to walk to restaurants, and of course a beautiful view of the gulf! We’ve stayed at a few units in Maravilla, and this by far is our favorite.

Wonderful condo with ocean view

We had a great vacation in this beautiful condo with ocean views. It was awesome to sit on the balcony to watch and listen to the ocean each day. Having beach chairs available to us was great. There were plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The description was accurate. We'll definitely be back.

Oh So Lovely

We had a lovely time staying in Karon’s condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The balcony with the view of the Gulf was spectacular! Even though the weather was mostly cloudy, the view and condo made up for it. I will stay there again. Karon, the owner, was great with her communications! She made everything so easy and pleasant! Can’t beat the view!

Our family and friends stayed in this beautiful condo for an extended Labor Day weekend. We absolutely loved enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. We were lucky enough to watch some dolphins! The condo is very clean and working with Karon was a breeze. The pool temperature was comfortable and had a hose available to remove sand for when you walked right off the beach. We would highly recommend staying at this gem of a condo!

This was a very nice condo with a great view of the ocean. Karon, the owner, was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. The Maravilla staff was friendly and they were always cleaning or tidying the area. There were many people with animals and everyone was responsible and cleaned up after them. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas at the beach and Tucker, the attendant, was very polite. Can’t wait to return!

May Visit

Maravilla 2408 met all our expectations. It is right around the corner from the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. I really appreciated that it was very clean, also. I have stayed in some condos that were lacking. One suggestion would be a luggage rack in the bedrooms. Especially loved having 2 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs included in the rental. Kevin with the beach service was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!!!

I echo the other reviewers so far. We relied on the excellent reviews of this condo when booking our stay, and we were not disappointed - everything in the listing was 100% accurate. The condo was comfortable, well maintained, and clean. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony - and a short hop right across the street to the beautiful, clean stretch of private beachfront (chairs and umbrella provided). Excellent restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away - all very convenient. Kid-friendly, pet-friendly, great location, beautiful views - who could ask for more? Our family had a fantastic time, and we hope to be back soon. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Christmas stay

The condo looks exactly like the pictures in the listing - comfortable and clean with amazing views of the water. Beach is right across the street and we could walk to some great restaurants. Check-in was a bit messy since the key code didn’t work and the owners didn’t answer our calls. We eventually found the lock box code they had sent us earlier and it worked but the owners didn’t text/ call us to see if we were able to enter. We were checking in the day before Christmas Eve and they had already sent us the lockbox code so I can understand if they were away or just assumed we were fine.

Best vacation in a long time.

My wife and I picked this condo based primarily on the reviews. On this stretch of Florida we usually vacation in Panama City. Never visiting Destin before now we had no idea where to stay, eat or shop. Much to our surprise we actually had a fabulous time. The condo was very spacious and beautiful. The view from the balcony was very nice. There is a telephone pole and wires that would definitely hinder a nice photo of the ocean. But it was no big deal for us. The condo has everything you will need plus some. You will not need anything but food. From I think May to the end of October each condo has the use of two chairs and one umbrella on the beach. The attendant gets out there around 7 am and sets them all up. That was awesome. We only had to carry down a beach bag, towels and a cooler. The Maravilla has a great central location, walking distance in either direction to a couple restaurants. There is a multi use path that runs about 2 miles in either direction. We took our bicycles and had a very nice ride. The surrounding condos and landscape are so beautiful. You will not be disappointed renting from Karon Nicholas. They have a beautiful condo. Very nicely appointed with look and feel of a $1000 a night condo. They had everything you will need to cook and prepare meals. I especially liked her bowls which I used to eat cereal a couple mornings. They are BIG. I really liked being close to the elevator. Easy access to & from. The front /rear gated entrance and security patrol was a piece of mind. Our vacation date was the end of October and a couple days into November 2018. We've been staying at various Maravilla condos for 20 years and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest 2 bedrooms we've found. The host was wonderful and attentive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
