Guests can also enjoy the other amenities of Sandestin resort including 2 salt water community pools, and the village of Baytowne wharf which includes shopping, several restaurants/bars, the marina, and many fun activities for the family.

Located in a quiet community, this condo was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The living area features new furniture with picturesque views of Crystal Lake from the living room, kitchen/dining area, and master bedroom. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances, and all of the cookware/dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meal. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table, plus 2 stools to use at the kitchen counter. In addition, there is a patio table and chairs if you would like to enjoy your meal outside overlooking the beautiful lake.

This condo offers a master bedroom furnished with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The 2nd
bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom and walk-in shower. Lastly, the 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids and offers a bunk bed with full mattress on the bottom and twin on top, as well as a separate twin bed and a hallway bathroom with separate tub/shower combo.

For guest comfort and convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer, smart tv’s in all bedrooms and in the living area, as well as free WiFi.

*** Only golf carts registered with the Sandestin Owner Association are allowed on resort grounds. The published rate excludes a refundable $500 golf cart deposit. A signed Golf Cart Agreement is required.
