Hidden Dunes Cottage 132 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
There are many reasons Hidden Dunes has been one of the area’s most sought after vacation destinations for over 35 years….and Cottage 132 is a perfect example. This 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit has been recently updated, accommodates 6, and is nestled so close to one of the world class Rubico tennis courts that you can sit on the screened porch and view a match.
Recently updated throughout, this ground level unit is perfect for those who want or need to avoid stairs and elevators. Soothing neutral colors greet you in every room to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. The Master Bedroom features a King bed and an en suite bathroom while the Guest Bedroom has two Full size beds. Complex amenities include access to two swimming pools and hot tubs, grilling areas and picnic tables, beach access, and a gated property. Private tennis instruction or tennis matching is available at our Tennis Center. Direct check-in at the Cottage is now available.
2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Girls Trip
The property was very nice. I celebrated my 35th bday & I really enjoyed myself. We had no problems with checking in everything was provided for us before the trip. Me & the ladies was very excited with the room & setup. It was one of the best trips ever.
