Hidden Dunes Condominium 0804 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

This beautiful two-bedroom two-bathroom condominium offers guests a relaxing getaway with Gulf breezes and the sound of waves crashing. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach. You can head down to the beachfront pool and take a dip or walk along the beach walkway to put your toes in the sand. Either way, this Hidden Dunes rental offers you a relaxing retreat right on the beach.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

A Little Peace & Quiet

As busy restaurant owners, we work so hard that its a must to find a calm not so busy property right of the beach to relax and wind down. This place was our place

Overall, the property was clean and so very convenient to the beach! Any frustrations were with the lack of attention to one of only two elevators that service the entire property. Daily calls did not seem to produce any results that helped us and other guests.

Great unit with awesome view

Other than the carpet having a damp order which I believe is a function of the location, the unit was in excellent shape.

Hello Ocean!

We loved waking up every morning with a great view of the ocean! Our 2 year old would look out the window & ask if it was time to go to the beach! Location is close to several grocery stores & restaurants!! We had a wonderful time!

Its Destin so can't be all that bad

I've stayed here a few times and the gate guard makes it difficult for me to check in. They act as if they have no idea who the reservation company is and apparently have no list of people due to arrive. I finally dug up the email and gave them the information which they checked against 'the list' they didn't have and let me in.

Miramar Beach vacation

The unit we rented was very clean and we felt comfortable right away. Parking in the covered parking garage was always easy. Our unit included the use of an umbrella and two beach chairs which really made our time on the beach enjoyable. All of the beach attendants were polite and respectful. Overall we loved it and will definitely visit Hidden Dunes again. Five star.

I absolutely loved this gulf front condo!! The view was amazing. There was plenty of seating for us in the living room. Loved the decor!! I will definitely be booking this condo again!
