Welcome to 'Livin on the Coast'! This two bedroom and 2 bath condo is located in beautiful Miramar Beach, FL. Located within a 5-7 minute walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With modern upgrades in the kitchen area, great space in both bedrooms and an updated bathrooms, this condo provides the comfort you deserve for your beach vacation! The condo is also equipped with a washer dryer and all the cooking utensils you need to ensure you vacation is enjoyable.

As an added convenience to our guests, the condo is stocked with the following starter amenities:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap

'Livin on the Coast' is located in Seascape Tennis Villas in Miramar Beach. You are within walking distance to The Whale's Tale restaurant as well as Bad Ass Coffee (we recommend both!). Feel free to rent bikes to explore the entire length of Scenic Gulf Drive! Your beach access is just across the street (about a 5-7 minute walk) -we provide two back pack beach chairs for your convenience!
