Welcome to Maravilla, Building 3. Come share our piece of “Paradise”!….

We would love to share our home with you! It sleeps six comfortably, two bedrooms and two baths with a sleeper sofa. There is a large flatscreen TV in the living room for movie night. If you don’t all agree with the movie selection or want some alone time we provide TVs in each of the bedrooms. Feel like surfing the internet? FREE WIFI is provided. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals. Feel like eating out? There are wonderful restaurants in walking distance that we would be glad to recommend. We have a washer/dryer in the unit to use at your convenience. RELAX on your private balcony with a Gulf View (where we love to have our morning coffee). Come stay with us and all you need to pack is your bathing suit and toothbrush. We provide start up supplies which include, bath and dish soap, Keurig coffee cups, paper products etc….

We LOVE Maravilla for all its great amenities, you will too! There are 2 pools and a hot tub, one pool heated seasonally and the other overlooks the Gulf. Tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball and a fitness room in the club house. There are grills available throughout the grounds for your use. A short stroll leads you to our private gated white sand beach entrance. We include a special BONUS for our guests, four beach chairs and two umbrellas reserved just for you from mid-March thru October... It’s a $800 value!
We are conveniently located near all of your vacation needs such as, groceries stores, restaurants, bike rentals, parasailing, jet ski, water parks, great fishing the actives are endless. If you are like me and love “shopping!!”, Destin is world class with Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons and Bass Pro Shop … all are just a short drive away.

A little about us... we absolutely love the Destin area, it holds a special place in our hearts. This is where we chose to have our wedding. In fact, we rented a vacation home for our wedding so our family could stay and enjoy the beach with us. We are blessed to have traveled extensively and have seen many beautiful places, but we always go back to the Destin! It is our favorite place by far! If you never experienced The Emerald Coast please come see why it is called a piece of PARADISE!!

This was at least our 10th visit to Miramar Beach and Maravilla. It was lovely as always. The beach and water were perfect. The condo was everything stated in the description. We would stay here again.

Great place!

We loved our stay! It’s the perfect size & a very short walk to the pool or beach. Very comfortable beds and lots of living room seating for movie night. Large balcony with plenty of seating for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The space was cutely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very quick to answer all of my questions and even responded quickly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and well equipped. Wonderful view from the deck. The location is excellent and close to beach. Jackie was very responsive and checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was ok.

Absolutely perfect beach vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time in Miramar Beach with our family! Perfect location right across from a private beach and the four chairs and umbrella set up was a great perk. The place was super clean and and so comfortable with everything you need. Jackie was so responsive with any questions and so welcoming. We will be back for sure!

Amazing property

Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo is stocked with everything you can imagine and even things you wouldn’t think of needing. Jackie was great and responded very quickly to all of my questions. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge perk in the July heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped condo with easy beach access

We had a wonderful stay! Condo is very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The host was so kind and responsive. Beach access and beach chairs were great amenities. (Front row chairs are reserved for property owners only, not renters) Close to Pompano Joes- fried shrimp were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach vacation

Jackie was amazing! This place does not disappoint. Fully stocked kitchen, exceptionally clean, great pool and easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this condo again . The spacious balcony with an ocean view is a plus and we enjoyed eating outside. As the grandkids stated”it was Epic “. Great trip!!

Condo was very nice, location was great, wasn’t gulf front but it still had a great view. Loved the patio, and everything was nice and clean. Beach service was great!! Owner was very nice and helpful, even let us in a little earlier, that was so nice since this was a shorter trip than we normally take. We will definitely consider staying here again

We found the condo stay very pleasant. Our fave things: very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen very well stocked, plenty of towels/soap, great communication with owner, loved the blackout curtains. Hosts have thought of all the little details, very well done and I am not that easy to impress. Only complaint was downstairs smokers.

This was our 3rd year staying here! We love this condo especially the location and the beach chairs. Very clean and great communication by the owners. The balcony has a very nice view. The only thing I would change is put room darkening blinds in the second bedroom and a couple extra blankets and pillowcases. Other than that it was great!
