For that very reason, this Destin vacation cottage has been attentively decked in tones of soft white with gleaming gold accents— whether you’re relaxing on the beach or here, at Cottage 204, a golden glow will embrace you. The interior has an incredibly calming effect— beach chic furnishings with a touch of metallic glam, comfortable seating and dining areas plus the convenience of a fully-stocked kitchen and a laundry room— will make all guests feel completely at ease. Plus, extras like a Jacuzzi bathtub in the Master Suite, large flat screen TVs throughout and a book collection are sure to add luster to any beach vacation spent here.

Cottage 204 also offers visitors some golden opportunities that other rentals simply cannot thanks to its location in Hidden Dunes. Set on the first floor, it enjoys the serenity of having one of Hidden Dunes winding waterways punctuated by babbling fountains in its backyard. The sound of cascading waters gently fills the cottage with a positive energy and creates a lovely backdrop to a picnic on the patio. Actually, all of Hidden Dunes amenities— the award-winning tennis center, the basketball and horseshoe courts, the grilling areas and the pool decks are surrounded by thick uncut forest. Hidden Dunes is also proud to offer one of the longest stretches of deeded beach access in the area. All this natural beauty and yet Hidden Dunes gates are still within very close range of several outdoor malls, golf courses and numerous restaurants.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. 2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for evry 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
