6th floor beautifully decorated condo at Grand Sandestin, by Baytowne Wharf Village at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Miramar Beach Florida. Completely furnished 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker. King bed in master and sofa bed in living room sleeps 4. Full kitchen and living room. 2 televisions. Patio with table and chairs with view as seen in first photo for those beautiful sunny days, sunsets and evenings.
Full fitness center with exercise machines and weights and outside pool. A 5 minute walk into Baytowne Wharf Village where there are some 15-20 bars and restaurants along with shopping, kids activities including zip lining, trampoline, adventure climbs, video arcade, climbing frames, swings etc. In the Village Marina you can rent bicycles, mini golf equipment, paddle boards, pontoon boats and fishing gear. 3 golf courses on the resort less than a 5 minute drive away!
Shuttle bus (owner provides free passes) runs from property door to the beautiful Sandestin private beach (takes about 5-7 minutes), the Marina and around the resort. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, or you can rent chairs and umbrella at the beach or just bring your own.
The eastern side of the resort is adjacent to Grand Boulevard which is a street full of upmarket shops, cinema and restaurants including Tommy Bahama, Fleming Steakhouse, Emerils, PF Chang, Another Broken Egg cafe, The Wine Bar, Craft Bar and others along with a Publix Supermarket.
Some 2+ miles from the resort to the West is the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 100 stores including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Swarovski, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Coach, Disney, GAP, Lacoste, Levi’s, Oakley, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut and many more.
The condo is ideal for Sandestin Baytowne Conference Center, Hotel Effie, Golf, fishing and tennis tournaments. Three golf courses on the resort available to guests.
Discounts for 1 month or longer for snowbirds. Also discounts for military personnel, firefighters, police and medical personnel with ID.

I booked this property for my parents. They had no complaints. They loved everything about the property, especially the cleanliness. It was a great location and plenty to do within walking distance. The check in was extremely easy. Graham, the property owner is very punctual and a delight to communicate with. I plan to book soon for myself!!!

Spring mini vacation

The condominium was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool. We love Destin and have been there many times. The owner had a lot of helpful information about the area, including restaurants and things to do and see.

Wonderful Stay!

The Grand Sandestin is a beautiful place to stay with gorgeous views of the bay. Has a walking path that connects to Baytown Wharf with many restaurants and cute shops. The entire Sandestin area is beautiful. Condo was clean, updated, and everything we were looking for. Just a few minutes drive to beaches. We would highly recommend!

Great 1BR condo and location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo in Sandestin. It's a perfect location and the layout and furnishings were just right for us. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants at the Baytowne Wharf Village.

Beautiful view and grounds. Nice sized balcony. Short walk or drive to many restaurants and activities. Only concern was the stained carpeting in the bedroom.

Nice pool but it could’ve been cleaner. Our room air conditioner did not keep the room at a steady comfort level. The sofa was very worn and as a result not very comfortable. I couldn’t find a liquid measuring cup in the kitchen. Adequate fitness center, but need a bigger tv. Really liked that the room had 2 full baths and a king size bed. Great view of the pool and the bay from the balcony. Great walking paths and other pools on property to enjoy. We had a very nice week here.

A Gem at the Grand Sandestin

This is a lovely condo - very comfortable accommodations. The host was great in responding to questions and providing information.It is a beautiful area - walking, biking, large pool and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here for future trips to Sadestin.

Grand Sandestin Stay 4-8-24

Perfect Getaway

This property provided the perfect getaway. Condo is welcoming, clean, and is filled with all the comforts one will need. It is also in an amazing location. A two minute walk out of the backdoor puts you in the Wharf where restaurants and shopping is right at your fingertips.

Perfect spot for a Baytowne getaway!

We booked this for a last minute weekend trip during spring break. Location was fantastic, property very clean and perfect size for our family of three. If there were 10 stars for communication I would choose it … detailed, timely communication made everything a breeze!
