This home is comprised of two, adjoining rentals: a one-bedroom and a studio
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.
Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful place. Super easy rental company experience.

The view was great, the place was clean, and the rental company was very easy to deal with. The beach was crowded, but that’s to be expected on Spring Break. We will be back!
