  • REMODELED APRIL 2019!!

    Maravilla 2102 is the newest addition to our 2301,2106 and 2206. All located in Maravilla’s Building #2, the only Gulf front facing condo building at Maravilla. The two ground floor units 2102 and 2106 afford a Southern Coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico with just steps to the Beach.

    Maravilla 2102 has just finished a complete remodel. The impetus for the beautiful tropical wall art and sugar white walls with the dramatic Aqua kitchen cabinetry. Diamond-shape tiles of natural stone set with gold inlay form an elegant backsplash to compliment the white quartz counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked with the newest Slate appliances , also --------coffee server with both kerug and ground , a -------- blender for you favorite margarita . A shelved pantry cabinet is provided for your grocery provisions. The new flooring is a white driftwood pattern of porcelain plank tile throughout.

    The ensuite king Master Bedroom opens onto the patio. We provide crisp, white linens throughout, the Queen bedroom’s guest bath is just across the hall. Both bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. There is a 55 inch HD Smart TV in the Master and a wall mounted 36 inch HD Smart in the queen guest. Please view our pictorial for the tropical , beachy décor, I hope you will find it Coastal, Classic and Colorful.

    In the living room , there is a queen sleeper, a 50 inch, HD Smart wall mounted TV, WIFI internet throughout the unit. The adjoining High Top dining for 6 is lighted by a beautiful French gold chandelier.

    The laundry room has a full size---------- washer and dryer, with a basket of beach toys for the little ones.

    Awaiting each day of your stay will be two pre-paid beach set ups of four beach chairs and two umbrellas.

    The unit is also equipment with google clocks. You can easily ask google to set a timer for you, set an alarm, and look up information on the internet by just saying "Hey Google......"

    Brand new appliances were installed with an ice maker installed inside the freezer.

This property is the perfect getaway! Excellent location close to our favorite restaurants and right across from the beach. Far enough from the pool not to get a lot of noise and very close to the beach access. We have stayed at Maravilla before and this condo unit was our favorite…we will definitely be back!!

Great condo all around! - cleanliness, decorations and comfort. Very convenient location to restaurants (walk or drive), shops and beach. Nice time of year to visit. First floor perfect spot for our two little dogs. Just love the location and convenience of the condo.

Stay here, You won't be disappointed

Honestly, probably one of the best condos I've stayed at. So clean, decorated beautifully, and great location. We loved having 2 sets of umbrellas and chairs available to us at the beach. My parents had their little dog with them so it was nice to just step outside the sliding door with it. He loved watching the people walk by. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Property smelled nice and clean when we walked in the door. Beds were comforable and the sheets were so soft. Decor was nice and beachy. Easy access to beach and pool. Chairs on the beach was a nice added perk. FYI if you plan on cooking there are no spices or salt and pepper. Bring it with you! We would definitely return!

Family beach trip

This listing is everything it says and more. It is absolutley beautiful. The beach is beautiful. I wasnt sure if we would like being across the street from the beach instead of on the beach, but worked out great. Its a short min or 2 walk. Everyone there is so nice and friendly and traffic stops for anyone wanting to cross the street. Getting to take our 2 boys and our dog was perfect. Managment answered all my questions timely. Getting an umbrella and chairs everyday on the beach that were included was also a great benefit. The beach staff were kind and helpful. Cant say enought great things about this property. We will be back

Great condo minus a few things

Stayed here with 5 people total and 2 medium dogs. The condo was super clean and so cute. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you would normally need. Having a smart TV in every room was great. We loved the location and how easy it was to take the dogs outside being on the bottom floor. The heated pool was big plus since it was pretty cold the days we were there. Now we did have just a couple issues. First, the condo listed the second bedroom as a queen bedroom and it was definitely not a queen sized bed. Second, the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable as both a bed and sofa. It felt like it would break just sitting on it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Lastly, the showerhead pressure in the front bathroom was not very good, but that wasn't a big deal. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Spacious Beach Front Rental

We had a lovely time at this rental! The rental is part of a condominium complex that has access to a private beach. The beach was amazing and we were thankful that the rental came with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. The condo was exactly as pictured, super clean, and spacious. We were very comfortable as a group of 4. Amenities were awesome within the complex which include two pools, a gym, and tennis/pickleball courts. Some things to note when booking The condo comes with a "starter pack" which included a couple of trash bags, 1 paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper (1 per bathroom). There was also no shampoo or conditioner. Most rentals we stay at provide the basics and we would have hope this would have been true for this place. We were travelling by plane and would have hoped they provided beach towels considering it is a beachfront rental. Be prepared to bring or purchase your own towels. On the listing and through our welcome email it communicated that check out is 10am but when you arrive the guest manual says 9am. A 9am check out time felt very early. Luckily the host extended us to 11am. Please note, this place comes with a set of specific cleaning duties upon check out (run the dishwasher no later than 8am, run towels through washer, remove and fold the covers from the bed, take out trash). This felt like a lot considering we paid an $150 cleaning fee. All in all, we would return, we would just be more prepared to purchase or bring the additional items.
