We love Maravilla!

We come to Miramar Beach twice a year and always choose Maravilla. It's such a great family atmosphere. The property manager was wonderful to communicate with and the property was beautiful!

Fun Family Vacay

We loved everything about our condo and Maravilla! Easy beach access, condo was clean and accommodated us well. We had everything we needed. The property manager replied quickly to our emails. Beautiful beach and we like the area. The pools were great as well. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay again!

Wonderful relaxing vacation

This unit was perfect for our family vacation. Comfortably housed 7 people and 2 small dogs. Quick walk to the beach, so nice to have the umbrella and chair rental included, less to lug around. Enjoyed hanging out on the patio at night, complex was very quite. We did have an issue with the front door lock losing power. Rental manager was quick to respond and had it replaced within a few hours. Very close to dining and shopping areas. Looking forward to coming back in next year.

Gorgeous space to relax

I was impressed with our rental from the moment I received our “upcoming stay” email. There was a perfect amount of communication- timely, informative, responsive. Check in was a breeze. The home was clean. Beautifully renovated. The beds were comfortable. The space was quiet and well insulated. They thought of everything! From the nightlights in the bathroom to the vast selection of proper cooking items in the kitchen. They are very dog friendly and even have loads of fleece dog print blankets (I’m assuming for covering the furniture). Beach chairs and umbrella service were a nice luxury that we enjoyed frequently. This space was warm inviting, and well managed, and I will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Destin. Thank you so much!

Weekend Getaway

Loved it!!

My husband, myself and my 3 kids all stayed here and loved it!! It’s super easy to get to the beach and not far from either of the pools. We are already looking into another trip in the future! Also, any questions I had were answered promptly and the owner was super friendly and helpful!

Loved the Condo. It is very clean with great AC. It's literally 1-3 minutes from the beach. Miramar Beach is one of the best beaches I've been to. The only thing that I would of liked at the condo was to have had coffee at hand for the first day...lol

Great condo!

This condo was great. We had a family of 8 and were comfortable. The four beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that come with the condo is an amazing bonus. The beach was a very short easy walk. I have no negatives!

We had a good vacation in Destin. Condo was very accommodating for our grands. We did have to wash sheets on bunk beds. They appeared to not be clean. Other than that, we were pleased. We were happy to be able to bring our fur baby.

Simply Perfect!

Start to finish, our stay was amazing. Our family of 5 plus our dog loved our condo! It had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes (and enough to not have to run the dishwasher after every meal), perfect amount of space for our crew to stretch out and find their own comfy spots (including super comfy balcony furniture), bonus beach stuff in the closet (the teens played HOURS of beach volleyball!) and of course LOCATION!! The less than five minute walk to the beach was perfect and we were close to everything that we wanted to do in Destin. The beach itself was amazing and well attended to by the chair service attendants who made sure that you never felt crowded or unable to see the water by the way the chairs were placed. And having the chairs and umbrellas available is a HUGE bonus! Katherine was amazing to work with, answering my call just days before our arrival to help us add a bonus day at the start of our stay, and allowing us to check in early when our 3am start time got us to town earlier than expected. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to book our next trip!!!

A Beach Worth Visiting!

We enjoyed our girls trip to the area. The condo was perfect. It was exactly as described, fully furnished, clean, and stocked with what we needed. We just needed to add ourselves, coffee, wine, and meals. We did also enjoy not having to take chairs down to the beach. The condo had four chairs with umbrellas set up at the beach already. Such a nice touch! The property manager reached out before we arrived and was responsive for other communication. We would definitely come back and rent the same unit again!

Perfect Stay for Family

Our family visited Miramar, and we were very happy with the condo. Both pools were close and easy to access. The back pool seemed to be warmer and less busy. The beach was steps away, and the chair and umbrella service was a great bonus. This unit had an abundance of towels and washcloths, and it was nice to not have to do laundry daily. The washer and dryer seemed brand new, and they both worked great! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. The ice maker in the fridge kept up with our daily use. The balcony was great and we sat out there a lot during the storms. The patio furniture was very nice, and there were plenty of places for everyone to sit/nap. The A/C worked well and kept up with the Florida heat. The upstairs units were kind of loud and rowdy on our last night, but we just turned on the white noise machine for the babies, and they didn’t seem to mind at all. The only complaint was the shower pressure in the master bath, but if you need more water pressure, the main bathroom had plenty of pressure. I was grateful that we were able to check in early as we arrived earlier than expected, and the babies were ready to be out of the car after a 12+ hour drive. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would highly recommend this condo.

This was our first family vacation, and it couldn’t have been better. Miramar is so beautiful. The beach boys had our spot set up for us every morning, and were so sweet. Katherine made the process super smooth and answered every question I had along the way. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. I can’t say enough how great our experience was!

This condo was everything we wanted and more! Very short walk to beach with private access. The condo itself was very comfortable and had all amenities we could’ve asked for. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach service alone was a huge attraction - 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas that were set up for us each day after arranging it with staff on first day! We brought our Labradoodle too. There was a designated pet area close by. We will definitely return to this property!!

Amazing condo - super clean, easy beach access

We LOVED staying here. Pet friendly but still SUPER clean. The only catch was it said the washer bearings were going out and they were in the process of replacing so we didn’t use it and chance breaking it; otherwise everting great and I’m working order. Quick walk to the beach. Super responsive property manager. Loved every minute.

Exceeded our expectations!

This was by far the BEST place we could have stayed for my family's trip to Destin/Miramar! Not only was the place very clean and family-friendly (and pet friendly), but the condo had everything we needed. From kitchenware, to laundry detergent, to kids beach inflatables and boogie boards, everything we needed was supplied. To top it off, it was only a 2 minute walk to the pool and a short 5 minute walk to he private beach. There we were given 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely book again for our next trip here.
