- Welcome to Paradise at Maravilla – Unit 1310 (Building 1, Beach View!)
If you’ve been dreaming of sugar-white sand, emerald water, and total relaxation, you’ve found your spot. Unit 1310 is located in Building 1 of Maravilla with a beautiful view of the Gulf and just a short walk to the private beach access.
The Condo
This beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed condo offers comfort, style, and everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8 comfortably):
• Master Bedroom – King bed with newly renovated ensuite bathroom
• Second Bedroom – King bed with newly renovated bathroom
• Bunk Room – Twin bunks with flat-screen TV
• Living Room – Queen-size sofa sleeper for additional guests
Condo Features:
• Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining
• Dining table that seats six
• Stackable washer and dryer
• Comfortable living area for relaxing after a day at the beach
• Private balcony with seating to enjoy the beach view
