This cozy vacation condo is the perfect place for you and your fellow vacationers to relax and enjoy everything this coastal community has to offer. It has a warm and inviting interior with an open floor plan, and guests can enjoy convenient deeded access to the beach and community pool. With two bedrooms and two baths, accommodations are provided for up to six gulf-going guests.

Upon entry to Emerald Waters 206 (also known as Haven Holiday), a comfortable ambiance greets vacationers. Tropical accents, pops of subtle color, and carpeted floors radiate coziness and relaxation. The open floor plan combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas into one casual great room. The space is well-lit by sunlight streaming through a set of glass doors on one end of the living room. The doors lead to a furnished balcony that overlooks the community pool. In the living room, a cozy couch doubles as a sleeper sofa. Two accent chairs complete the seating ensemble and face a flatscreen TV mounted above a wooden entertainment center. A cottage-style drink table adds to the ambiance. Next to the living room, the dining area includes a table with four olive-green chairs and bench seating. The open kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas. It has white cabinetry, white appliances, granite counters, and a raised bar with saddle-stool seating.

The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, hardwood furnishings, wall mounted TV, a sunny window, and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and access to a full hall bath.

In addition to lovely accommodations, guests will love the Emerald Waters setting and amenities. The lagoon-shaped pool and hot tub are surrounded by a sun-soaked deck and pool chairs. A BBQ grill and picnic tables make it easy to enjoy a meal in the coastal-perfect outdoors. The private beach access is less than a one-minute stroll from the property.

Another benefit of this cozy condo is its close location to surrounding amusements. Seascape Resort is right down the road and offers guests discounted rates on recreation rentals, golf, and tennis. Also nearby are Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the Destin Commons, both of which are popular retail centers with fun shops, restaurants, and entertainment opportunities. Other must-visit locales include Grand Boulevard, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, HarborWalk Village, and the quaint beach communities of Scenic Highway 30A.
