DO NOT STAY HERE! I did not receive codes prior to check in. I requested them when we were a few hours away. I did not receive a code to the condo. I had to call and wait on hold until someone figured it out. Three of four TV’s did not work properly. After multiple phone calls, during three days, to and from the property company, two of the TV’s had cable. I made phone calls every day to obtain codes to enter the pool area. We were only able to access the pool due to the kindness of other vacationers who let us in. On day 6 of our stay I received a working code for one of the gates. As a result of missing a day at the pool due to inability to enter, I requested a late check out on our last day. Absolutely no response from the manager. Don’t waste your money, there are several other properties in the area who know how to provide proper customer service.
