**A pool resurfacing project will begin on November 27, 2023, and will last approximately three weeks. During this time, the pool, spa, and kiddie pool will be closed. Guests will still be able to enjoy the 4 Sandestin Resort Pools: the pool at Bayside, the Linkside pool on Audubon Drive, the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center near the corner of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue, and the Beach House pool that is located at the beach access on the south side of the resort.**

The modern kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, and tile throughout. The dining area has a beautiful round table with seating for up to four people.

The living area is also updated with a sleeper sofa, relaxing chair, and flat screen television.

The spacious bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and a separate sliding door that leads to the balcony. The bathroom includes a double vanity and a shower/bath combo.

Sit outside on the balcony and relax, enjoying the sound of waves as they meet the sugary white sands in which the area is known for. Westwinds offers its very own beach access, private pool and kiddie pool, seasonal poolside tiki bar, fitness center and gas grill area.

This Westwinds unit is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?
