THINGS TO KNOW
Peak Season Check-Ins – For bookings within 7 days, message us first. Check-in may be delayed to 6 PM during busy summer dates.
Truvi Damage Waiver – All bookings require a quick Superhog screening. Guests select either a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver through Truvi at booking.
Parking – Guests must use the provided parking pass. Parking is available for up to two cars. No RVs, trailers, or boats allowed per HOA rules.

When I first discovered this Summer Breeze condo, I knew it was the perfect fit – a ground-floor location with the heated pool and hot tub steps from the patio and the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of America directly across the street. I had nearly purchased a unit next to the pool, but when this one opened up I knew it was the better choice. It offers peace and privacy, with no one looking onto your balcony while you relax.
I poured my heart and creativity into the remodel to give it the style and comfort of a boutique hotel – soft furnishings, coastal textures, and thoughtful extras like beach gear so you can settle in and start your vacation right away.
