Experience the oasis of Westwinds at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in this 2nd floor condo featuring 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with views of the tropical foliage surrounding the Westwinds lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Just beyond the pool is Sandestin’s beach with soft, sugar-white sand!

**A pool resurfacing project will begin on November 27, 2023, and will last approximately three weeks. During this time, the pool, spa, and kiddie pool will be closed. Guests will still be able to enjoy the 4 Sandestin Resort Pools: the pool at Bayside, the Linkside pool on Audubon Drive, the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center near the corner of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue, and the Beach House pool that is located at the beach access on the south side of the resort.**

Relax in style with the comfortable living room furniture and flat screen TV. The full kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar, along with seating for 4 at the dining table.

The primary suite features a king-size bed and a full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, and access to the balcony. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed and twin-size daybed plus an ensuite bathroom including a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa when additional sleeping space is needed located just off the living area, as well as a half bathroom.

*The condo also features a 6-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
