With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo can host up to six guests. In addition to the luxury accommodations, it is also located right on the sugary shoreline of the Emerald Coast. Beach vacation right on the beach? Doesn’t get any better than this!

Step through the doors of this upscale condo to find a large, open floorplan that encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and two accent chairs. This comfortable seating ensemble surrounds a TV for indoor entertainment, and also faces sliding glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony. Overlooking crystal sands and jewel-toned waters, the balcony is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink, and soak in the coastal air and ocean breezes. Back inside, a dining area sits on the other side of the living room, where a dining table includes seating for four. Nearby, an open kitchen features a granite bar, wooden stools, stainless-steel appliances, and ample counter and cabinet space.

The master bedroom suite is cozy and boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and access to the beachside balcony. A neighboring guest room includes a queen-size bed and access to a hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Not only does Ariel Dunes provide wonderful vacation living space, it also pampers its guests with luxurious amenities fit for a beach vacation. Multiple swimming pools boast a total of 12,000 square feet of freshwater indulgence. Poolside drinks and food are available at the Cabana Café. Or, if you’d rather cook up your own vacation feast, there are grills available near the pool. An on-site fitness center has a great workout area that faces the pool patio, so you can get your sweat on while enjoying a great view. Finally, the beach is only a short walk from the condo, meaning you can go from chilling in your living room to relaxing on the sand or taking a saltwater dip in minutes!

With the condo’s location in Miramar Beach, guests will also enjoy the convenient proximity to all things coastal. This includes causal and fine dining, beachfront bars, discount shopping, and a variety of beachy events and activities.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
