This trendy vacation condo is designed in warm coastal style with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is barstool seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, a 60” flat panel HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player. Our guests will enjoy the sun and outdoor breeze on the private balcony with two chairs and a small table.

The luxurious Master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed topped with a memory foam mattress, an oversized closet, and a flat-panel HDTV. The en suite Master Bath features a large tiled shower. The guest bedroom is delightfully furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat panel HDTV, colorful artwork, and an adjoining guest bath with a shower/bathtub combination.

For your convenience, the owner has added a crockpot, both types of coffee makers, a pack and play, and beach toys!

***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
