  • The emerald waters in the Gulf of Mexico provides a tranquil background from the balcony of all units at Majestic Sun. You are just steps away from the beach, heated pools with waterfalls, hot tubs, golf, gym, and even a store onsite that carries all of your beach necessities. Seasonal water sports are offered, as well as bike rentals, and even three onsite restaurants so you never have to leave the property. Acme Oyster House is located on Seascape property. Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, and Melting Pot are all a short walk away and the outlet malls are just down the street.

    This 2BR/2B upgraded unit has new furniture and was recently painted. It is located on the 9th floor in building A and has sweeping views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property with a kitchen that is equipped for all your dining needs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. Situated on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off 9th floor.

    PARKING PASS UPDATE-1 PASS IS INCLUDED IN STAY. EACH ADDITIONAL PASS IS $15.

Wonderful View and great condo

Beautiful property - clean, convent, relaxing. Pictures do not give the property justice….. love the beach, spent time in the pools and hot tubs when not at the beach. Be sure to hit Surf Hut right down the road!

We loved this condo! The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The kids loved the pool. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of the beach. The host was quick to answer any questions that I had prior to arrival. If we ever return to Miramar Beach, we would definitely stay here again!

My family's first time visit at Majestic Sun on the 9th floor met all our needs. The view from the balcony, the comfy beds, the ease to set up at the beach, the large outdoor/indoor pool, two hot tubs, well priced gift shop, a delicious icecream shop, and walkable restaurants/bars was more than we could wish for! Had a great stay at Majestic Sun! Check in was a breeze. Condo was as described. We didn't find issues with pillows as others had described. Didn't use much of the kitchen utensils as we ate out most of the time. Great time catching up with friends! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay on the beach

Everything was clean and the beds were nice and soft. No toiletries so bring some. Also the knives are super dull. Other than that it had everything we needed. Loved that it was close to a bar and restaurants. The heated pool was nice since it rained but we could still enjoy the afternoon. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Location, location, location! This spot can’t be beat. You have an AMAZING view right from your private balcony and only a short walk across the street to the beach. You’re also close to so many great restaurants and things to do. Pros: Beach gear, including umbrellas Cleanliness of property Beds were so comfy! Well stocked kitchen Nice linens Balcony Easy beach access Cons: Nothing! Definitely recommend for any group! Especially for families as you have access to the pool and an ice cream shop on site! Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

We were very satisfied with our stay. It is across the street from the beach but very very close and convenient. It is within good distance or restaurants, shopping and things to do. The pool is inside and outside so that was great for the baby. My only complaint is the same as one of these. The pillows are very old you can tell they have no life in them, they were very flat also, our toilet paper roll was half used upon arrival and only 1 to replace it which made me nervous to run out.

Wonderful views, comfortable stay

This place has a FANTASTIC view! The place itself is a little small but suited us well. Overall it was very clean and exactly what we needed for our long weekend stay. My only complaint is that we had to purchase toilet paper and trash bags which was a little inconvenient. The pillows are also paper thin and not very comfortable, these two things caused me to give it a 4/5. Other than that it’s a great place and I would stay here again!

Cozy condo

Condo was tidy but not meticulously cleaned. For example, the baseboards were dirty, and there was popcorn and a flosser under the bed. View of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular! However, this property is not directly on the beach. You have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The pools and hot tubs fun and clean. Parking is pretty convenient.
