2BR-2BA 314 Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort- Private Beach, and Pool!

This lovely 2 BR- 2BA condo is located on the third floor of the Summit at Tops’l . We are just a 5-minute walk to the beach or if you prefer, you may call and request a ride on a golf cart. Whether your dream vacation includes swimming, fishing, tennis, golf, shopping and fabulous restaurants or you would rather just relax on the most beautiful beach in the world, this is the place for you.
When you do decide to come indoors, you can enjoy a comfortable living space which includes a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook.
The master bedroom has a large window as well as access to the balcony where you can sit and have your morning coffee. The second bedroom has twin beds to accommodate more guests. Both the master and guest rooms have flat screen TVS.

Sleeping arrangements include 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa.

As a guest at the Summit, you will have access to a beautiful pool and hot tub. The pool is heated in the winter. For those who enjoy grilling, there are 2-gas grills and picnic area by the pool. The TOPL property is beautifully landscaped and adjoins a densely wooded private property on the east side.

The resort has 3 on site restaurants. The Blue Dunes Grill (seasonal) overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and offers lunch & dinner. The Topspin restaurant located at the club offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the entrance to Tops'l is “The Ocean Club”, one of the area's best restaurants that also offers entertainment. There is convenient parking in front of the building as well as elevators.

The Summit is located only minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahuna’s waterpark, world class fishing, golf and countless other attractions making it a great vacation choice. Additionally, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is only a short walk down the beach.

Winter Weekend Getaway

Our second time staying in Tops'l and we love the location. It is convenient to lots of shopping and dining. The condo is just a short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for a short getaway and the hosts were amazing.

Great location and very responsive hosts

Really great location in Destin - pool, hot tub, grill, private beach, etc. It was very secure and safe. The place was very clean and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook. And Anne and Keith were very responsive whenever I had any questions. We'll stay here again if we're ever down in Destin.

A week in paradise!

My family of 6 loved our stay in this wonderful condo! It’s clean, roomy, calming decor, and a short walk to the beach. The resort is beautiful with lots of greenery. The private beach is paradise and even though it’s crowded, we set up our own umbrella & chairs further down with space. Location wise, it’s close to all shopping and dining. Pompano Joe’s is a must! The owner, Anne, communicates promptly and provides clear instructions which makes your stay a breeze. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

The property was great. This was a condo with access to the beach, one stop light from shopping, but far away enough from the main road to have some quiet. We had some trouble checking in, but that appeared to be with the community software and not the property owner. Given the challenge, the property owner was very responsive and helpful - Thank you!

False Advertisement

The owner states "you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Golf of Mexico from the living area." This is untrue as we could not see the ocean even from the porch. The owner also did not disclose having to pay $63 a day for a chairs and umbrellas if you wanted to sit on the beach in front of the resort. We had to walk down the beach if we wanted to set up our personal chairs. I had to call for supplies. I'm unsure how this condo has exceptional reviews as the description of the condo is very misleading.

Lovely place with all amenities except a snag

It was easy to enter and a wonderful place to stay. Keith Webb was wonderfully cooperative. But we were without WiFi for four Days and nights until he was able to send a person to provide new equipment—this on my last afternoon. Another small problem: condensation was a mystery but it collected on the floor on part of entrance hall and kitchen. To keep from slipping, I used a bath mat to wipe it up and there was some residual dirt on the floor in an otherwise spotless apt. I am just sending to alert for future problem w perhaps the a c system. I need to know if the deposit which is to be returned to me has been done on my credit card . Please inform. Thanks.

Perfect getaway

We had the best time staying here. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Community is very beautiful and quiet. The walk to the beach was not bad at all but I would recommend the tram during summer months. October was the perfect weather. This trip was just my husband and I and it was perfect for us as we didn’t need anything fancy. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

Beautiful property and short walk to the beach! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and our host was great! Our coffee pot broke the 2nd morning and I messaged her to let her know and I didn’t think another thing about it. Next thing I knew she texted me that she put a brand new one at our door within hours of notifying her!! I highly recommend!!
