Miramar’s Beach Fl Sand Susan and Soul

This a lovely condo directly across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Very clean close to everything. Beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

This condo was very clean and on the first floor which makes it very nice. Decor in Kitchen and living area was very up to date. Its a great condo for a couple and highly recommend.

Loved this unit!

We love this complex and have usually stayed in the back units, but this time we rented the front ocean view and loved it!! It is beautifully decorated and close to restaurants. Definitely will rent this unit again!

Great stay for couples

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. It was a little smaller than I expected, but big enough for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable but did squeak when you rolled over. The decor was amazing. We loved sitting on the porch. The beach was a short walk across the street and you are in paradise. We would stay here again.

Great Location

The unit is a great location to the beach (directly across the road) with a view of the water, walking distance to many restaurants (Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Whales Tail). Unit is quiet, we did not hear any neighbors. Easy to take a 4-5mile walk from the unit. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay! This was our first beach trip with our 15 month old daughter, and she had a great time. The location was great--right across the street from the beach. Private access was great and there was always plenty of space to set up our stuff. Property was very clean upon arrival and there were plenty of amenities. One thing I didn't think to bring was hand soap, so make sure to add that to your packing list! Over all we had a great experience and it was the perfect place for our little family of 3 to have our first beach trip together.

Gulfview 112

We loved every aspect of this condo. Spacious and clean. Easy accessible on ground level with balcony we could just throw our chairs and towels over instead of dragging them through the condo. This was the first condo we stayed that offered enough towels and washcloths for our stay without us having to bring extra. Condo is nicely upgraded and has everything you need for your stay. It also offers daily free activities also. Anything that was going on in the complex was communicated through text, email, or phone to keep us updated. We have already shared with family to stay in october.

Just steps away from the beach

In town for a wedding as well as some much needed beach therapy. We loved that the unit was literally across the street from the beach entrance, and that we were provided with umbrella and chairs. Our rental was super clean, and cozy. Perfect for two guest, may be a challenge for 2+,since there's only one bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for those who choose to "dine in", and the refrigerator ice maker works well too. Make sure to bring a bag of starter ice though. We struggled with getting the coffee maker to work, so ended up running out for our morning cup of joe. Lots of restaurants and beach bars within walking distance also a plus. The grounds, and surrounding property are well cared for, and clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect little gem!

Loved the location and the view. Nothing obstructed the beautiful gulf view! Clean and updated condo. Easy and convenient check in and out process made our stay hassle free. Laundry on location was easy and accessible. The condo is missing a few essentials- knives and frying pans need replaced, could use Tupperware to pack for the beach. Would also be nice if unit had a closet to store a few beach items(cooler, boogie board…) I do suggest getting rid of the 2 chairs and small table, as it is of no value in the location. Replace it with another place to sit, recliner or something. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! All the work done has not gone unnoticed.
