Summerspell 102 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo great for the small family wanting to spend quality time at one of "the world’s luckiest fishing village" where the coast is adorned with white sugar sand and emerald clear waters. The Summerspell community is ideally located on Scenic Gulf Drive and offers beach access, a community pool, community hot tub, and a grilling area. With only three floors, you’ll truly enjoy being so close to the beach and away from the crowd at the same time. The living and dining areas have fashionable furnishings that complement the coastal condo. The sofa in the living area serves as a queen sleeper, which is perfect for vacations with more family and friends. From the living area you'll find a patio which is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The kitchen features new full-size appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to create and enjoy meals from the comfort of your vacation home.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat-screen TV, closet space, and direct access to the bathroom. In the hall, you’ll find two built-in twin-sized bunk beds.

To ensure convenience and comfort, I provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a roll of paper towels, bathroom paper, and shampoo/condition for my guests. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies to meet your specific needs.
