The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! And of course, our towel cards we had left on the counter in the same exact spot as we always do , were missing.

Amazing rooms and views of the arch, Incredible resort, felt very private with amazing amenities while also being so close to great beach front with plenty of amusement and local shopping. Cannot wait to go back and I typically stay at very luxurious hotels!

Food was good. Room alright, stains on the carpet and the bed was hard but I just needed a room near the airport and it filled the need. Took a long time for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport.
