"The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms....

"We stayed 2 weeks at this property and despite poor weather enjoyed it very much. The gite is excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. The owners live on site and were excellent hosts. Madame Noirot was extremely helpful in suggesting where we might visit and thanks to her advice we saw far more of the country side than we would otherwise. "We spent almost a fortnight in this beautifully restored house right on the square in Castelsagrat. We had a wonderful time. It is very large house and very comfortable for 5 persons as it has 2 great bathrooms with very nice showers. There are 2 big bedrooms and there is really a 3rd ante-bedroom which is adjacent to one of 2 bathrooms. "The house exudes a sense of history in its style and furnishings with plenty of space for people to spread out. "We just had a short stop-over on a road trip and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is basic but clean and has all of the necessities. For the price, it was much nicer than we expected. The bathroom was roomy and it had a great shower. It's located near the best area for shopping and charming streets and places to eat. There is a small outside area with tables and grass, as well. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. If we needed to stay in Agen again, we would stay here."

"The hotel is an old fashioned motel style low rise block with room doors giving into the car park, a grassed area or a walkway. It was very clean, the air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower was decent and it was very quiet. The manager gave us a room giving onto a grassy area in the shade as he knew we were travelling with a dog. In the evening we popped into his bar area and were served decent wine. We decided to stay for dinner which was simple home style french cooking, served quickly. Decent portions, very good service. The hotel is in a light industrial area some distance from the town centre. It could do with some renovation/updating but the manager is making it a very nice place to stay due to cleanliness and excellent swrvice"
