" Shuttle bus to/from airport not complimentary unlike some hotels. Check-in staff friendly. Room clean, bathroom a little dark. TV wouldn't work so summoned a member of staff who arrived quickly. TV wasn't plugged in behind screen. Bed large and comfortable. Food in restaurant good but pricey - they know you have nowhere else to go. "

"Beautifully redecorated rooms, with plenty of space for families and stunning views of the water. Restaurants and bars really well appointed, and centrally located for a staycay that feels beachy whilst easy access to the city. The bar is quite noisy on fri/sat as filters into the beachfront rooms, generally OK but harder when travelling with kids. Some fabulous staff and a few less so, hence the 4/5 for that."
